1. The creation of a new account will be processed within 5 business days on average (subject to credit check) 2. The fuel cards will be delivered within 5-7 business days. 3. Every customer has a dedicated Account Manager. 4. The TOTALCARD Customer Service Helpdesk is available Mon to Fri 8.00am to 6.00pm. 5. The Helpdesk for reporting lost or stolen cards is available 24/7. 6. Incoming calls will be responded by the TOTALCARD Customer Service Team within 20 seconds. 7. Incoming customer queries by phone, letter or email will be responded within 2 business days. 8. Queries which cannot be answered immediately will be resolved within 5 business days. 9.
